Introducing the line-up for Offf Festival 2023

The festival returns to Barcelona in March, with Collins founder Brian Collins, 3D artist Eva Cremers, and VFX studio Framestore among this year’s speakers

Now in its 22nd edition, Offf Barcelona is an annual festival that brings together all the people and trends which are shaping the creative industries today, straddling everything from art and design to entertainment and digital culture.

The festival is set to return to Disseny Hub Barcelona next month, with more than 60 creatives and studios from around the world taking part in the three-day conference, which will run from March 23-25.

Keynote speakers from the design world include Brian Collins, whose eponymous studio was named by Forbes as one of the companies reshaping the future of branding; Pentagram partner Eddie Opara; and Munich-based design studio Bureau Borsche.

Other highlights include 3D artist and illustrator Eva Cremers; digital design studio Universal Everything; London-based artist and design Kelly Anna; and renowned art director, designer and author James Victore.

There will be talks from London-based creative studio Found, which worked on the CGI and motion design for Offf’s soon-to-revealed visual campaign for 2023, and BAFTA and Oscar-winning VFX studio Framestore, who has created the opening film for this year’s festival.

The programme also includes workshops, masterclasses, a competition for emerging professionals, and various activities by sponsors and partners. The workshops will see graphic designer David Carson show attendees how to create their own posters using his famous collage technique, Gemma O’Brien demonstrate her bold artistic aesthetic, and type foundry Zetafonts giving a practical workshop on typography.
